How to make a claim on Dealer and Customer warranty plans

Step 1: Please download and login to our Momentum Warranties app. This is available on the google or android play store.

Step2: Select “Make a claim”

Step 3: Enter a description of the fault, a contact number, your current mileage, and the date you first noticed this fault.

Step 4: After our claims team have assessed your claim, you will be asked to choose a garage local to where you live to diagnose the fault.

Step 5: Once a garage has been chosen, please contact the garage and arrange for the vehicle to be inspected. Please pass our Momentum Claims number to the repairer so they can contact us on your behalf.

Step 6: The app will keep you regularly updated on the status of your claim. Should we need any further information we will contact you on the app. The app will give you a final response on your claim.
